ANZAC
ANZAC day is a memorable occasion to remember the soldiers that was sacrificed in the World War I and II. We remember them with bright, red poppies and the ANZAC cookies. Our school's students have many grandfathers and great-grandfathers who have been in war. We will remember them.

The King of Tonga
The King is the ruler his royal majesty.
The King is brave and strong.
The King is who we Tongans look up to.
The King is now gone but the new King will arise.
The King smells like victory.
The King Tastes like kava whenever its midnight.
The King sounds like a leader to safety.
The King looks like a helper and friend.
The King feels like a bold amour that you can't take down.
The King makes me feel proud to be a Tongan.
The King is ALWAYS standing tall.

The Cherish Memory
by Kiara Kong
Respectful Father Dead
Sorrowful daughter cries
Only flowers remain
And a beautiful memory
Daughter still remembers
The memory of father
Laughing together
Worrying together
Working together
Studying together
But now her old affable
Father would never come back again.
The Three Musicians
by Theo Lacy
The three men cold and rueful.
Late in the night starless in the dim dusty room.
The three blue men playing smooth quiet rejected jazz.
The old man on the lefts dry can taste the cold metal of the flute.
The thin hungry man on the seat plucking with his sore fingers.
The last man holding on to his sheet for it is all he has left.
The three cold musicians.

The Softball Tournaments were fantastic.
I was especially impressed with the organization of the Girls Softball Tournament.
Although we didn't win the events we all had a great time and played really well.
Thanks for all the hard work.
Thursday is the Parnell Swimming Sports Competition.
See you then.
